Design is an integral part of a process that starts with a business case and user needs, and ends with a digital product that delivers results. We think of design as a tool to work out how a product should work. It helps us find problems and visualize solutions. It also keeps everyone aligned before we move on to the hard work of development.

We stay very close to our clients during the whole process, planning, prioritizing, syncing and iterating together, sometimes to the point where boundaries start to blur and teams start to merge.
